Arts for Rural Texas (ARTS) kicks off its seasonal festivities with the opening of The Holiday Show, an annual gallery exhibition celebrating the creativity and talent of the local community.

The exhibition opening will be held Saturday, December 14, in conjunction with Fayetteville’s Country Christmas celebration. Guests are invited to the artists’ reception from 4 – 6 PM at the ARTS Ross Gallery. Following the reception, visitors can explore the Christmas Tree Forest in the Old Fire Station and enjoy the lighted parade on the town square.   

In addition to fine art from the community, the show will also feature submissions from ARTS’ Christmas Coloring Contest. Students grades 1 – 5 were invited to participate for a chance to win ribbons and prizes. These creations will be on display in the Children’s Gallery.
