2nd Annual Christmas Wishes Great & Small Thursday, December 5, 2024, from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Join us for Schmeckenfest (Wassail-tasting Festival) in beautiful and historic, downtown La Grange, Texas!  In addition to a FREE Gallery Walk, we will have live music, ornament-making, The Great Story Fairy will be reading Christmas stories and more.  The M-K-T Railroad Museum (located behind TQM) will offer rides on the "Texas Special" antique train and Depot Tours, Face-painting, cookie decorating, Thank-a-Veteran, and a “Snuggle Station” from the Gardenia Jansen Animal Shelter.  Santa & Mrs. Claus will visit with kiddos in Grandmother's Flower Garden.  The Garden will be aglow with many additional lighting accents and Holiday décor throughout creating a fun and picturesque "wait" for the parents / kids.  For more information, please go to our website: www.TexasQuiltMuseum.org.

This fundraising event benefits the children’s programs at the Texas Quilt Museum and is in collaboration with the M-K-T Depot Museum, the Gardenia E. Janssen Animal Shelter, the La Grange Garden Club, the Texas Heroes Museum, the Colorado Valley Quilt Guild, La Grange Mainstreet & Visitors Bureau and Texas Commission on the Arts.
